“I started riding my bike a couple of years ago and I was mostly just riding for fun, so it was cool to see what it would be like to work with a professional and have an individualized training plan.
I had A LOT of questions about training, nutrition, strength workouts, strategies, equipment…basically everything, and Cole took the time to patiently answer my many questions. It was great to finally learn how to manage my fatigue and train sustainably.
Cole was also very responsive and understanding when it came to changes that I needed to make to my schedule. Riding bikes is just a hobby for me, so sometimes when work and life became overwhelming, he was quick to adjust my schedule accordingly.
He also encouraged me to try out racing, which I never would have thought about seriously trying until he suggested it.
